As usual, I had a great experience! Right Honda and the entire staff has always done right by me; whether I need a loaner for the day or a Lyft to an appointment, or a quick check on my Pilot. Chris Douglas was kind, punctual, very knowledgeable, and not pushy! I love a service writer that cares more about the customer rather than a paycheck. Chris exemplified great customer service !

Allen McKenna is a great credit to Right Honda. The best service manager I have ever come in contact with. He deserves much more credit then he will ever get.
I asked one of the valet’s to have my vehicle washed, and they said it was washed already (it wasn’t or maybe it was rained on, not sure, but it was clearly dirty). Tim noticed the discussion and came over right away and said, yes, certainly we’ll wash it and asked the valet to take it to the wash. Tim was great from start tot finish, easy to work with and got it done.

The service on my accord was a standardized oil change. It was done Saturday morning May 18th. Shortly after a new code has appeared saying that we have a loose gas cap. We have retightened it several tim s with no change. Any help would be appreciated. Jon ****-****-xxxx.
