Suggestions for the service waiting room in transition: Go out of your way to keep the free snacks healthy and fully stocked at all times; Keep the bathrooms super clean and paper supplies full; Consider putting air filters in the waiting rooms to cut down on construction dust and odors.

When I got home I had received a coupon for 9.95 for a tire rotation and I was charged 15 even though I was told it was discounted by $5. That does not seem right. Don’t the service ppl know the specials being offered?
