Chris is an excellent customer serviceman. He,made sure everything was ready and promised a two hour window for completion.I checked in with him at 10:05 and he was right in as I checked out at 12:05.
I have had Honda's for a long time and have been coming to right Honda for service for many years. I try to connect with Alan McKenna when I can. He's great, always helps to resolve my issues and treats me respectfully all the time.
He did a great job informing me of the work needed on my Ridgeline. I spent $1800, but it could have been even more but for the discounts and warranty coverage that he secured on my behalf. I bought my Ridgeline from Right Honda and have always brought it into their service deapartment for services or repairs. Will continue to do so until it is time to “retire” my Ridgeline.

I got in at last minute service done quickly, oil change, and then needed filters which came with coupons. You have a great service group ??
Everyone was very helpful and cordial.
Service has always been good in the four & half years. However, the problem at Right Honda has been in the sales/leasing department.

Price to replace A/C compressor was 7.5 times the cost of parts - outrageous
If1 that wasnt enough, NOT-RIGHT HOND' technician broke both front struts while examining A/C and then wanted me to pay $1100 to fix their F/U - They weren't broke when i brought it in but they were sure broke when i got home and went over 3 speed bumps in my complex...
