Had some concerns with my Honda and Dan Organ was wonderful in assisting me with my problems. He’s professional and very nice to work with, definitely an asset to Honda.
Daniel was willing to do right by me. He advocated on my behalf with Honda and was able to save me some money, and best of all, my car is blowing cool air now!!

He was the first person I spoke to over the phone and set our appt for following day. Upon our arrival he graciously and warmly welcomed us just like an old friend. I came to get a second opinion about two minor leaks. Tim showed me the leaks and what to monitor, but was not alarmist unlike maintenance at the first dealer who quoted me repairs for over $5,000
Daniel was friendly and professional. He ensured that not only the requested service was completed but also that an outstanding recall was taken care of at the same time.
Oil change was done in a timely manner and I did not need my tires rotated after all
I wanted them to fix my door sill and says it would cost me $92 that’s silly price! And I also would be charge with new piece for the door lock cover on left side next to gas lever/trunk lever. Other places didnt charge me anything except this place would charge me. Not happy about that! Not solved!
