I had arrived early for my appointment but was waiting quite a while for my service rep to arrive. There were other patrons that were arriving after me that were getting checked in before me. Minor inconvenience, but to me it demonstrates a lack of quality in customer service.

Steven was awesome to work with, communicative and thorough, and put me at ease with my car maintenance. Will continue to work with him in the service department and Right Honda.

I brought my car in for an oil change approximately three or four weeks prior to this appointment. At the time, I was told I needed new brakes,, a new brake light and a new tire as I had a nail in it. I also needed a new air filter which I got. I went to discount tire to receive a new tire as I had a warranty on my tires so that didn’t need to be fixed by you. Incidentally, I sat in your waiting area for almost 3 hours, waiting for my car! While I was waiting, I had two different salesman approach me as I was actually on the phone trying to conduct business, wanting to talk to me about a new car. I don’t want to be solicited, especially when they could see I was busy. That really irritated me. If I want to buy something, I’ll buy it, I don’t want someone approaching me. Anyway, whenI brought it back for the brake job, I was told I needed an additional $1400 worth of work! Needless to say it was quite an unpleasant shock and I kept asking why this wasn’t detected just three weeks prior. I couldn’t believe that all of the additional work needed had just happened within three weeks, I was told that the oil change people don’t really look very closely into other items that may need repairs. That doesn’t make any sense. Why would I trust Right Honda to tell me what was really wrong with my car? If I hadn’t needed new brakes, I would’ve driven off and not known anything about the other items that needed fixing, which could’ve gotten me into a lot of trouble, because no one really looked at all of the mechanics under the hood. Yes, I got a discount because I complained, but it still didn’t solve the problem as to how this could happen. I’ve always brought my car in to you. I bought my car there and even though I’ll never sell the car I have, I am in the market for a new one. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, it always makes me wary when things like this happen. It makes it hard to trust in that business going forward and I feel as though I was definitely an afterthought when I complained and had to keep calling regarding the status of my complaint that day while the car was being fixed.
