Good, fast service. Even with renovations in progress I had so many places to lounge while waiting. Staff was very nice!
The oil change was a positive experience and Daniel did a great job. The inspection found that my tires could not be rotated due to irregular wear and required new tires. The pricing for a new set of tires seemed High so I told Daniel I needed to shop it and found same tires with 5 year warranty at approximately 20% less. Had I been able to meet all my needs and have confidence in the pricing of the tires would have been yes. But due to the additional time I had to experience and the significant savings I found I am rating a “no”. That said Daniel was great.

Was charged for something I thought should have been covered as a warranty item/ manufacturer defect. Difference of opinion, and I paid the $75, but the fuel door on my SI has always been touchy. It is very flimsy and often failed to latch. I think any ' scratches' or 'dents' were related to poor construction, not vandalism.Other than that, your usual great service.

Came in with a broken AC, tech said they did a complete maintenance check and had to fix a couple other things... somehow did not notice my oil level was at 20%. I now have to make a return trip to get that done
