I called Right Honda and confirmed a total out the door price of $179.00 + tax - my Costco discount for a battery for my Acura TLX. I schedules an appointment online. When I arrived Chris confirmed a total of $175 + tax - discount. When the service was complete, the total was over $200. Chris modified the charge to $179 after a brief discussion. I do not believe that this process/conversation will be a surprise to who ever is reading this feedback, as this process and conversation occurs the majority of the time when I have my vehicles serviced at Right Honda. I specially asked for my car tires air pressure to be checked and they were not. My car was not washed, even though I waited approximately 2.5 hour. I do not believe that I will return as a customer. I will select Scottsdale Acura.
