Very upset about a charge. It looks like I was charged $35.00 to check my battery. I said “ I had a hard start it might be my battery. You check the battery at the oil change right” chris said yes we will check your battery. If I knew I was being charged to check my battery, I would have called AAA. I think its terrible!!! I have been buying cars from you for over 20 years. My car is under warranty and you charged me $35.00. Bad customer service. Very disappointed!!!!

The service is great! I hope that the shifter button stays where it should for the remainder of its life, or at least the summer months.
I am hard of hearing and they may have called my name when my car was ready and I didn't answer. So, they called and left a voice mail (I don't answer the phone when I don't know who it is). Funny because I was in the customer lounge. Good that they called but...
I know you are under construction and the the customer lounge is looking much better! However, the ladies restroom in the parking lot trailer is very stinky. So much so, it gave me the dry heaves. It might be good to add some type of air purification/scent to clear the air.

I had scheduled an oil change and $335 later...I guess I needed a 60 thousand mile check up. This was very off putting since I wasn’t expecting it. Dan Organ was my service agent and he did a good job of up selling me everything with coupons. I know that maintenance on my vehicle is important. This was just a surprise and I spent a better part of an hour worrying about how I would pay for it all. The work was done in an hour and a half’s time as promised, however Dan came back and told me I needed an alignment since the tire rotation was happening which would come to a grand total over $400 and that was just too much. You sent me down the road with under-inflated tires and I was several blocks away when all the sensors went off. I had to drive back and wait in a super long line before I could get help. Needless to say I spent 4 hours at the dealership and that was not cool. However, everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. So, the experience wasn’t too bad but it was longer and costlier than I had hoped.

I sent my daughter to get the change of oil for my car. she regularly uses my car to work and make a living, so she depends on it. however, today when she pulled up to the service center they told her it would take about an hour since they were busy. she is a very patient person and she agreed to the wait time. This wasnt the case. She waited in the waiting room for three hours JUST for a change of oil. Shes taken the car numerous times to this dealership and never had to wait for more than an hour and a half. She noticed how people were coming in and leaving within 30 minutes for the same reason she was there. No one came up to her to tell her what was done or any courtesy inspections- nothing. She ended up going to the cashier and he found it under a stack of unrelated papers, completely unaware (this is not the cashiers fault!) that the paperwork was there. Not only did she lose an extra 2 hours of work time that she can’t work back , but her joints stiffened up from sitting for a long period of time because she didnt want to have the name be called and her not hear it. Extremely disappointed in the service and treatment, no apologies for the long wait at the very least.
This is our second Honda. We still have the first one: a 2006 Honda Pilot with 336K miles on it. We didn’t come back to Honda solely for the quality of the car. The consistent quality of vehicle and customer care made it a no-brained to come back a second time.
