I am satisfied with the service provided, it was quick and accommodating. However, I would like to mention that due to the construction I tripped over the string/wire that was stretched across the driveway above the ground and it was not visible . It caused a cut in my skin around my ankle . I mentioned that to one of the service providers to make Honda aware. He stepped the string to push it to the ground but was not successful.I received apology for the inconvenience, I must admit I expected a little bit more from the Honda dealership in the situation like this.
