I was pressed for time today, and got there at a busy time of day. Thought it might take forever. Alan told me he'd get my oil changed and let me know what else might need to be done.
Waiting room changes surprised me. It was comfortable before, but it's huge now. Nice to have diff areas to sit, including tables. Always appreciate your coffee, snacks, and newspapers. I've mentioned this before, but eliminating Fox News on TVs has made a HUGE change in the atmosphere. Thank you for that, and hope that will continue.
Oil changed quickly. Alan told me battery was weak, so I asked to change it--was very happy with quick turnaround. Great service from check-in to check-out; staff always helpful, efficient, personable, responsive. My 12-yr relationship with Right Honda has made me a Honda convert and I recommend you to everyone.

Only thing I did not like was my seat was adjusted I am 6 ft and I cracked my knee on steering wheel plus my AC adjustments where changed.

Not with your service team but with the purchase of my vehicle at your dealership. In my contract it states that I get 2yrs of free oil changes. When I brought my car in today they said there is no mention of it anywhere on my account. Now I have to find my copy of the contract and bring it in. This is after a couple other things were missed. Will NEVER purchase another vehicle from your establishment.
