I know Alan J. McKenna from 2006 when my husband and I bought our first Honda 2006 Odyssey. Last year I bought a 2018 CRV and Alan and the service department have taken care of my car. I called because my battery had died and Alan got me in and also changed my oil. Spent a hour there and I was on the road in no time. Thank you Honda! Priscilla K
