Bill Thornton was great and a big help. He had the mechanics thoroughly look over my Ridgeline to make sure all was well. He got it in quickly and was very efficient.
When my car was brought up front, it had literally just been washed but the inside drivers side was also wet! Not happy getting in a wet car!
My car died and the AAA guy said we needed a new battery. We took it into the shop and your service department said we didn’t need a new battery, that it was fine. Two weeks later and my car just died again. I am inconvenienced because you didn’t fix my car and give me a new battery like you should have in the first place.

Two weeks ago I brought the car in for service, after I drove away the tire pressure light was on, I brought it back in for the warranty part install, and yes the tire pressure light is still on. Plus, when I go online to schedule service I always add notes and request a call. Never get a call and no one has any idea what I'm there for when I come in.
I am happy with getting my oil changed and filters, however, Dan was abrupt and not came across as rude! He may be good at his job but he isn’t the best to deal with customers!!
