Finally, I received a business card with a service advisor’s name that I feel confident in using again! This was my 3rd oil change... my first oil change I came in with a rattle. I dropped off my vehicle off, came back to pick it up to find that they could not find the rattle and no oil change. My second oil change they found my rattle, but no offer of a card, so I did not know who to go back too. Also I have to remind them that I have Honda Care... I would think it would be linked to the vehicle or my name. The service department could use some fresh ideas...

Daniel was fantastic. However your internet chat box and contact us sections are horindus. The internet is incorrect and your internet person has automatic replies on his email that aren't associated to the questions you ask. You have a lot of opportunity in this area. I almost did not come today. If you would like more details on my experience, please reach out.

It shouldn’t take 2 1/2 hours to get an “express” oil change. After checking in at 10:58, I waited until 1:00. When I asked the “valet” he went to the service area and returned, telling me my car was done but the service rep needed to finish the paperwork. At 1:26, I went back to complain. After a few minutes I was told that my paperwork was with the cashier. No one came in and called me and I never saw Alan after I arrived. When I got in my car, it was clear that it had been sitting outside. Very disappointing.
