I dropped off my car for a recal on the shifter and a battery problem. I'm dissapointed in the battery's life which was not even two years. The service writer was polite and nice but upon vehicle pick up I noticed that my car gas mileage meter was over 50 miles lower then when I dropped it off.the service writer wasn't able to explain what happened and nothing was said to remedy my concern. I used to work for a Honda dealership and all the vehicles we serviced were always washed for the customer. My car was not washed which was also somewhat disappointing.

Pleased with the work performed, however I had to clean the car after I got home as there were greasy hand prints on the hood and door. Just a minor inconvenience! Thank you, Malcolm

The service I received was outstanding! My car was towed to the Honda dealership on Sunday afternoon and I picked it up the next morning. The employees were all very friendly and helpful.

He was very nice and thorough! Did not have any issues with him. The servicing of my vehicle took much longer than usual and when I left the showroom to get my car - the guy took my paperwork and said he would be right back with my car and he took an excessive amount of time and did not tell me where to wait....and I had to ask 2 different technicians where to wait for my car. The whole customer experience was not as good as it has been in prior months and years. Hopefully my feedback will help to improve the current level of service.
