Andrew was great at keeping me informed on the status of our car. I wanted to have the XM antenna replaced, but was quoted over $730 for it with labor. I found the part online for $31 and a video on how to replace it in about 5 minutes.

We have the run flat tires on our van. Right Honda no longer fixes them. We have 2 issues with one of the tires. Now we have to take the van somewhere else to get the issues fixed.

The dealership should never have got rid of the shuttle service. I had to wait on three different lyft rides to get me to work after dropping my car off. The first two kept cancelling and the third one nearly didn’t show up. Bring the shuttle service back.
