Huge kudos for Chris Douglas & Katie Biers. These two went above and beyond this past week in listening to our concerns and then moving forward to make sure we were taken care of. It is hard to come by honest, hard working people these days, but I’d say Chris and Katie exemplify these qualities! We do love the service department at Honda and will keep coming back!

I was very pleased that Tim was assertive with me not to drive my vehicle another foot. And I was thrilled that a loaner car was readily available. Tim was patient with me given that it was difficult to be readily in contact with me because of my uncooperative phone. Returning the loaner car was quite simple and the cashier was very helpful.
I appreciate they also serviced the recall and also thought service was very friendly and thorough -/ waiting room is awesome!!

Allen was great and kept me apprised of what my car needed and the cost before the work was done and answered all my questions. Because of extensive work on the rear brakes and emergency brake I will have to drive it a bit to evaluate the repair
