The tire pressure should be 32 when cold, but the technician added air to 36. I worried it would rise more after driving in the heat. I had to wait for extra time to release some air, in addition to the 2 hour wait for oil filter change.

I had to wait too long to get a representative to come up to my car and I was first in line. I had wanted to make an appt for my 5000 mile service but they said I should just come in and do an express service. I was told the service would take an hour. When an hour passed, I asked if the car was ready and my tech was rude with his answer. Not a good experience.

Alan has done a great job in unfortunate circumstance. He has kept me updated during my 3 week + service ordeal. I’m sad that after only 5 years of owning my 2014 Odyssey, it needs a new engine. We purchased Honda due to the great ratings and reviews and reputation of Honda vehicles. I’m concerned for the future of and how reliable my Odyssey will be after this failure.
