Dan was find and fixed the problem, service was appropriate. However, I did have to bring in my new car purchase after just 14 days. For a new battery. Really? Can you guys not ensure that each new car has a functioning battery?

They told me it was transmission fuel issue and i spent 300$ for doing the clean. But still i have the same issue in my car. It is not fixed.

Podium staff were not helpful and obviously didn’t like I didn’t have an appointment but just needed B1 oil change and check out although tire rotation wasn’t done. I work 12 - 14 hours Monday - Saturday and I don’t need some teenage boys & girls with attitudes looking down on me. I pulled in at 11:30 and waited 10 minutes for someone to ask what I needed. You think I want to be there on my only day off?
One word covers it all. Daniel and the service was exceptional. My vehicle was in and out quickly and in less time than estimated. All systems were go; and a recall item was changed out without me even mentioning it...Daniel was friendly and very professional. Excellent customer service...I wish I had purchased my car from Right Honda. I will certainly recommend to other Honda owners.

Did not appreciate how we were told to come in for service but then wasn’t told until after service was completed that it was not covered under our Honda care. Don’t know that I would of brought my car in especially without a coupon for service.
We bought a brand new 2018 CRV last year and the Hankook tires only lasted for 21k miles. I feel strongly that the dealer should help us more with the tire maker since these same tires come with a 70k warrantee for the same price when bought at Discount Tire. I would like a manager to call me at ****-****-xxxx. We are considering the purchase of a new Civic for my son, but I want this resolved first. We replaced the Hankook tires yesterday at the dealer for almost $600. Not cool after just 21k miles.

I will need to come back next week as my air conditioning fan is now making a buzzing noise since the service was done - maybe has to do with the filter changes?
Dan was great and very honest. But I am so tired of the same gentleman - don’t know his name- approaching me every time I’m there for service if I want to trade in my car. Very annoying. At this point I just cut him off. I’ve been driving Hondas for over 30 years and never had to deal with this until came to Right Honda.
Outstanding improvement in processing service. Absorbing it as s customer and like what I see. Thank you for respecting me as a customer.
