Keep in mind as you’re reading these comments, I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Right Honda over the years.
I asked for my tires to be rotated, which was to be included in my service package when I purchased the car.....I have 22k miles on the car and I don't think Right Honda has yet to rotate them after multiple requests. After I mentioned this to my service associate, he said they only rotate tires if the tires are showing wear, that just doesn’t make sense to me. The standard is every 5k miles.
When the car was returned to me after the oil change, the drivers seat was in a completely different position as well as the steering column. Almost like the seat was over halfway inclined......why the need to even mess with the owners seat configuration? I brought this to my service associate and he said it was for the safety of the valet driver. I don’t believe this for a second. Most people can drive a car approx 50 feet even if the car seat isn’t to their preference.
The Air conditioning was full blast at 60 degrees and a grease mark on drivers side panel.....again why the need to have the AC blasting? If it's for inspection purposes, return it to a reasonable setting.
Car wash was returned to me dirtier compared to when I dropped it off.
I’m pretty generous on surveys and feedback, but Honda missed the mark during this visit.

There were 3 -4 Honda employees hanging out at the podium when I pulled up and no one came over to greet or let me know someone would be out shortly. That drives me crazy as I also work in a customer service industry. Everyone else was great

I would have wanted more comprehensive, researched and verifiable info on the meaning of "the torque converter is acting up", its ramifications and options with costs on how to solve the problem. Stock answers just don't do it.
