Chris Browning was a long time service advisor to both my parents and to my adult sibling who suffers for aphasia and has uniquely challenging communication needs. We met during chalking times as my folks ages, passed and were not longer to serve as her support, which morphed into my role. Chris’s historical knowledge, empathy, and patience as he subsequently helped us maintain aging vehicles was unparalleled in his communications and presentation of options. Having the ability to maintain this service relationship was the sole factor when updating her vehicles twice, more recently. Appreciate both he and his team.
Lucas is great to work with. His communication is clear. He answered my questions or found the answer if he didn’t have it at the time.
Lucas did such an incredible job. It’s very rare to find exceptional service anywhere and working with Lucas was probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. He deserves a big raise!! I will definitely be coming back to service my vehicle and working with that dude!
