Better communication for how long things should take. We are driving from 25 miles away. We need to plan our days to pick up our kids. The service advisor said he would let me know around noon if it would take longer than 2 pm. He did not. I asked after 2 pm what was going on and he seemed to not know the status. What kind of service is that? He thought it was not even done with service yet, but turns out it was getting the recall update, which I had explicitly said I didn’t want to do if it would take beyond 2 pm. I didn’t get out of there until 3 pm.
I arrived for a 1 year check on my BZ. I made the appointment online when I was contacted that the year check was due. The I waited for 5.5 hours to finally get my car. The woman greeting me took my cell number. It was the wrong #.
Roger said I was confused with another woman that he was working with with the same first name. Odometer check in was 100 miles less than checkout.
I don’t know if the 1 year check service was what was done to my car.

minutes today.
I waited a significant amount (2.5 hours) of time for a simple oil change without any update to the progress of the service. I thought by making an appointment for the service it would have been performed more timely. Although, the service representative may not have been directly at fault for the delay, he could have communicated the progress to me or given me an estimated time to complete the service since I told him I was going to wait for it to be completed. I have had many positive experiences at Right Toyota in the past so maybe my expectations were too high. Despite this experience, I will continue to use Right Toyota to service my vehicle.

Timing was a little loner than told but still a great experience

Was lied to on 2 different occasions by 2 people, and was never called back when I called. Couldn't get anyone to ever answer the phone, nor did my issues get fixed. You wanted my truck to have all the 12v lighting accessories removed before you'd even try to fix it. I picked it up instead and drove straight to another Toyota dealer, who fixed the truck in literally 10 minutes, instead of the 2 weeks of back and forth with right Toyota.
Won't be returning.
No manager has reached back out after requesting a call. You had my vehicle all the day the other day and returned my vehicle with it dirty with mud on the outside and didn’t rotate my tires but you did do the recall. Unacceptable and to think I was going to buy a tundra from you all. I’m tired of your service department making mistakes and in junior isn’t there to fix it I’m not sure I’ll continue to use #1 volume dealer we know you don’t care about losing our business.
Very attentive and handled all the problems I had asked a for a manger to address. No longer needed the manager. Good job.
Everyone was very accommodating

No need to purchase a new car because the rodent damage will continue.

My reason for saying “no” is that I believe a car wash should be made available! My other dealer in Hawaii has their own and my dealer in CA gave coupons to s local car wash service.
Chris is an amazing person. He is professional yet so caring. He takes his time to explain everything. He is the epitome of what a service person should be. His knowledge is so valuable and his way of making me feel heard and not “dumb” for my questions is fantastic.
