I asked them to look over the brakes as well and if theres anything upcoming. All I got was breaks good oil change was good. Seems you guys just try to get people in and out. Oil change and timeliness was great, just wish I was told why my brakes squel and maybe been offered new brakes. I also said the car was shifting or riding rough wasnt really explained why.my local Lexus dealership always told me the whens and why's when I had concerns or upcoming services I should be ready for.

Nothing against the service rep, but I was upset to be told I had no tire coverage. I drove all the way from Payson to your dealership for that reason and had a blowout mid way and was stuck two hours at midnight to get my truck to you the following day for my appointment. I was second guessing the truck at finance and the guy talked me into it. One of the specific things he said was adding another year of Toyota care free (3 years) and really surprised me with tire coverage. That was a big sell for me considering how expensive they are. We discussed at length and remarked, like you can do at Discount Tire, I could bring it in for repairs or issues. In this case it was a nail in my sidewall. I indicated this and the tire coverage in the appointment memo and went to a lot of trouble to get it there. I not done with this and will be escalating. This is the difference between cling back or not cling back to your dealership again.

Ive been bringing my Tacoma to this location for service since I purchased it. And after my visit last September I was frustrated and considering looking for a new shop. But because I have the Toyota Care plan I came back. Jackson completely flipped my perspective. He was locked in, relatable, and seemed to actually care about making sure we were getting the right work done to maximize the performance of my vehicle. He's got strong communication skills.

Jackson went above and beyond to make my first visit to the Right Toyota Service Department a pleasant experience. He was knowledgeable about my issues and researched my questions to make sure my 2025 Toyota was working as well as it could. Jackson is a great ambassador of your dealership.

There is a recall for my vehicle per AZ Emission report when I took my vehicle for emission. for passenger airbag, however rep kept telling me there is no recall and emission report is wrong. I just checked Toyota recall site, entering my vin#, and there is a recall for passenger airbag. I will let Toyota know about this and schedule it somewhere else

The service experience that you provide is good. However, this dealership has some serious technical issues. On my inspection report it showed me that the cost to replace my serpentine belt was $0. Naturally I thought why not, however, still being a bit skeptical I wrote a note to the advisor saying "if this is really is no additional cost then you can go ahead and replace it." I get to the end of my service and I am ready to pick up my truck when I am told that I owe $308 dollars. I was shocked, and was told "that has been happening lately" referring to service inspection reports showing $0 dollars for a specific recommendation. I was still expected to pay for the service, and just had to be honest and say that I couldn't afford to pay that. Adrian understood the situation and removed the labor charges so I only had to pay for the part, but to be honest I do not think I should have had to pay for anything. As a customer I shouldn't be responsible for a technical error on your part. Im not sure how everybody missed my note to the service advisor that I only wanted it replaced If really was $0. I would have a serious look at your technical side and figure out why service recommendations are coming up as $0. Thats kind of a big deal, and obviously I am not the first one this has happened to, and I am sure I won't be the last. Definitely disheartened with my experience, and hoping someone would be willing to make it right, and ensure it's not a continuing issue.
