I would have appreciated better communication with the status of my car. I had to call multiple times to find out what was wrong with my car and when I could pick it up. It was very frustrating trying to contact Orlando. My car was in service for 5 hours and it only has 7300 miles. This is not what I expected from buying my fourth Toyota Prius.
Tim has been my service administrator for more than 15 years. He goes above and beyond for every customer. I always leave knowing my car is in excellent condition, ready to face the Phoenix traffic and beyond.
And, he always lets me know what specials might work to help the cost of my service.

My dissatisfaction has nothing to do with Mr. Jaramillo. He had no control over the event that caused me to be there for 4 1/2 hours. He treated me well he kept me up with events and did as much as he could. I came in for routine service, was told that I needed an alignment, and all that took 4 1/2 hours. That’s just not acceptable.
Chris was great. Out of the 4 times I have had my car serviced, I have had to return twice due to problems after the car was released, including today. Both had to do with the technicians service. Not sure how well trained they are.
