I still haven’t even received a call about what needs to be fixed on my car - I checked it in at 8:20 am yesterday and I felt the person checking me in was slow and dismissive - He called me honey said he would call me to let me know anything wrong with the car before doing anything and I still have receive or no call or update. I had a 10:30 pre-scheduled appointment to have it looked at yesterday and have been given absolutely no timeframe for any service or repairs requested. I can only assume it hasn’t even been looked at yet because I have not heard a thing.

Besides being a mess the driverside rear door weatherstriping was hanging loose and a sill trim piece that covers a wiring harness was laying loose on the floor.The rear seats were down with the contents under the rear deck were all over the back of the car. I had to put everything back by the spare before I could raise the rear seats. I had to reinstall the weatherstriping myself before I could even drive the car. The door had 3 sticky runs down the trim like from a softdrink. I spent about 30 minutes on your lot putting my car back together before I was able to leave. Also, I was told me car would be up front but I had to hunt around before finding it 1 isle up from Lindbergh in the front of your lot. There is absolutely no excuse or reason why my car was returned me in that condition. It'll be a cold day before I ever return to your business.

Grace was rude on the phone. She also didn't seem like she even looked at my car when she called. Then after 3 days she texted me at 5:40 to pick up my car by 6:00. Not a good experience this time.

This is not a reflection of Chad specifically. My complaint with my service experience is that it was very difficult to get information from people, there were long gaps between when I would ask a question and when I get an answer, when I requested a specific phone call to find out what was going on with my car after at least two days no one called and eventually I got a text With a small amount of information. It wasn’t until the afternoon before my car was done that I learned that I was going to get a rental car for the final day only and that the holdup was a part that they were waiting for that had just come in. That delay was never shared with me through the entire process. I will add that it would be highly unlikely that I would come back for service there in spite of the fact that I have several free oil changes. I would rather pay for an oil change elsewhere, then come back there and potentially put up with that again

I really appreciate how you guys were able to accommodate for me. I’m always stressed out, running around and doing everything at once and often forget things like my oil change. Thank you guys so much. Seriously I really appreciate it. I promise I’ll stick to the 5K.

I don't need muy representative to contact me. But as I"m sure they know, they failed on multiple occasions to inform me of issues with insurance. This led to multiple delays. This includes the remaining issues. Again, it's been nearly a week with no communication. I've reached out to insurance to see if I can have another party finish the repair.
