The service requested for today was differntial oil serviced and new wiper blades. I am fine with that work. Mechanic did a 30 point check on my vehicle and found that the brake fluid was bad and was low in the brake cylinder. Service advisor quoted $199 to have that corrected. My issue with that is this past May I had the brake pads and rotors replaced. Why wasn't this brake fluid issue mentioned then? Going to take another appt. Think you folks missed the boat on this one. Timothy S

Dropped off my car for routine oil change/multipoint inspection at 10:30am, checked in by Anthony who was training along with Trey, my service advisor, and was told I’d get an update after the inspection either via phone call or email. Did not hear at all throughout the day for an update on my car. Left a message for Trey on his line and messaged via online through the link from the check in document sent by text approximately around 3pm with no response. Ended up going to the service center around 4:30pm asking for Trey, only to be told that he had already left the day which is why I didn’t get an update. I was helped by another service advisor for check out who asked if I had received the inspection report and I said no, so he sent me the report via text. While my tires and brake pads are fine, according to my inspection report there were other recommendations that I was not aware of as I was not updated at all from the hours of 10:30am to 4:30pm. I wonder if I would have ever been updated about my car if I had not gone to the service myself.

Cody was fantastic! Very helpful and very personable! He was able to order the necessary parts and quickly schedule am appointment so I could get the work done quickly. He even helped me find my phone when I accidentally left it in the uber car. 5 stars!

Previous damage to my display screen that occurred on my 30,000 mile service. Attempted to have it corrected during two visits after it happened and it was never resolved. It was resolved today but I was charged for it.

The sweetest person who has EVER helped me with my car. He didn’t make me feel as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. He’s very kind and patient but also transparent about wait times and such. Most definitely will be requesting him when I can.
