Edwardo was awesome! The rest of the service people were down right TERRIBLE!!! No one including Anthony would help me. I was hand carrying a large heavy battery and they ALL told me they were too busy to help me! Maybe they should all walk around and read some of the inspirational signs that are hanging up! I literally carried this battery to every service persons door and they all ignored me or lied to me. Edwardo saved the day and got me my new battery.

The only thing I didn’t like was picking up your trash, IE seat cover, floor mat cover and number slip when the truck was brought back to me. Your tech should have removed all that when he drove the truck back out to be picked up.

Showed up 15 minutes before my appointment at 11am and they still made me wait 45 minutes after my appointment. Slow service unapologetic acted like it was normal.This is my second vehicle I purchased from Anthony I'm done. I only go to the Bell dealership and have it serviced there. I've had good experiences previously and that's the reason why I bought my car and have it serviced at the Bell dealership. Time to take my business elsewhere

The price for the cabin air filter is very high considering what they cost and the time it takes to put one in. I would have you guys do it, but it's gone up $20 from last year and was a high cost then but more reasonable.

I would appreciate a call back from someone my Toyota has OEM equipment on it only and I was told my machine has aftermarket parts on it. That is impossible. Please call me.

I had an appointment for 1:15 and drove out at 4:01 - I have never waited that long for an oil change - I was used to 1/2 hour waits everywhere I've ever gone.....otherwise I was happy with the service and people at Bell Toyota.

I still can’t understand why it takes 4 1/2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. I’ve always had the dealership at Honda do all my service for all my previous Honda vehicles, I can wait 60-90 minutes max in the lobby and read a book or something. But considering that I had an appointment a week ahead and still had to wait this long just doesn’t make sense to me. This is my 4th and last time at this service center. Until Toyota makes good customer service great again I will not be coming back.

Spilled oil on engine cover. Not cleaned up. 2.5 hours for simple oil change. Service getting worse over the last few years.

Billy Sparks is the Best!!! I had the 4RUNNER in for changing the fluids and the cabin filter. When changing the filter it looked as though a rodent did some damage, Billy let me know about this and I told him to fix whatever needed fixing. After replacing the chewed cabin filter, they found a gasket was chewed on the A/C unit and that was it, the Mechanic also took the awful smell out of the area. Billy always goes above and beyond for his customers, this is why we always call Billy for anything Toyota!! Thank you

Anthony did a great job but I feel like the technician that worked on my car cut corners. He recommended a new cabin air filter but I declined since I replaced it less than a year ago. When I got the car home, I checked on the cabin air filter and he put it in backwards and didn’t secure my hood prop into its clip causing it to fall when I opened my hood. In customer service it’s always the tiny details that make a big difference.
