Complete lack of GOOD customer service. Coupon for synthetic oil change was worded in a way that made me believe the total was what was on the coupon. I've never been charged extra for my vehicle which apparently takes more than some other vehicles. Also I had to ask for information on stuff that I needed looked at. Still very hard to get through to the service department even when I left a message. Not the first time I've had to deal with that.
Tim was great. He went the extra mile for me. It seems like this service takes quite a long time with me being there over two hours for an oil change and a tire rotation.
Tony has always been honest n has always been my service guy..wouldn't have anyone else...just absolutely great..!!
Not my advisors fault but waited 5 hours for an oil change despite having an appointment. Dropped off my car at 10 AM and car wash actually pulled into service until 3 hours after drop off so what is the point of having an appointment. Advisor Anthony was very polite and thanked me for my patience
When I made the appointment for an oil change I was told to expect it would take about 90 minutes. I confirmed this when I checked in. After 2 1/2 hours I had no information so I went to the service advisor who told me that it was “being worked on” and would need another 40 minutes. Later on I was told that the battery needed replacement, requiring another 20 minutes. I showed up on time for my 90 minute appointment and I wound up waiting 3 1/2hours for work that should not reasonably take more than 30 minutes.
Tim listened to my concerns and made sure they were addressed.
Diego was friendly and professional. He explained what was done and what was recommended for the future services.

You made it easy for me and were on top of everything with communication from notifying me on my vehicle and what needed to be fixed , also assisted me with getting to my job and back with uber and Lyft Made it easy and stress free for me . I’m not one to leave feedback or reviews much but I will leave them for people who truly deserve them for being a great person and providing great service for me and treating me kindly, and respectfully . I’m very happy bellroad Toyota was able to be fix my car . For all these reasons I will return back to this location. Thank you.

Appointment for oil change was at 2:30. At 5:45 still hadn’t started the service. I took my car back and left, unserviced. Last time I’m using you.
In my opinion, you're asking about my feedback with regards to the wrong person. I have no issues with Eduardo. I have an issue with the tech, Daniel G, that performed the service on my truck on January 10. I came in for several routine maintenence tasks, one being an oil change. After all services were done, I had to return on Thursday, January 15th due to an oil leak as a result of the drain plug not being installed properly. This should have never happened had he done his job. It's left me wondering if he completed the other service requests. I'm seriously debating if I should find a different dealership to have my truck serviced. I've been a customer of Bell Road Toyota for 5 years. I bought my truck there. I don't need this added stress in my life or the inconvenience of having to return to get something corrected that was not done right.

Worst Service ever, sat there for a waiter appointment for 3 hours and they never touched the vehicle, wasted my entire afternoon
