Service completed. However, Service Advisor had me waiting 30 minutes for him to speak with me when I arrived for my scheduled appointment and once Service was completed, I had to ask for my paperwork. He just seemed to not be concerned about the customer

It took 4 hours for an oil change. With an appointment!! The last oil change was 3 hours with the appointment! No one says upfront it will take this long. The techs in the area vehicles arrive said this is the new norm, there were two other people sitting in waiting room just as disgusted how long it took for an oil change I’m not even sure my tires were actually rotated? When I arrived I had concerns about some sounds my truck is making. I was told they didn’t have time to look at anything else. No offer to reschedule. Not that I have 4 hours to sit at a dealer. I’m getting so tired when I arrive as a single woman and how I’m treated. It’s very different when I have a male with me. The last time I had issues service manager Todd reached out and assisted me with appointments . However he quit responding to me. I got all green marks on my multi check point. Yet two areas on a back page that say need immediate attention. Nothing was said to me. Last time they told me my rear brakes were in yellow area. Now all of a sudden in green area??? Like I can trust that? I told them I tow a 7500 pound trailer. There was another area that said needed to be done soon. Didn’t even explain what this was. So now I have vehicle safety issues. Sitting 4 hours for an oil change. Not sure if tires were even rotated. It’s interesting when I’ve needed repairs in my vehicle they certainly have the time for those costly repairs. Such another extremely disappointing experience at Bell Road Toyota, I asked other people I know who have Toyotas. They go to right Toyota and camelback Toyota. Said an oil change never takes more then 90. Min. So here I am with concerns about my tundra. Will need to find a new mechanic apparently.

It shouldn’t take 3 1/2 hours for service with an appointment. I’m sorry I paid for 5 service appointments in advance or I wouldn’t be back.

At the end of day the service department took care of my truck, but it took weeks and a personal visit to the department to make it happen. i appreciate Todd stepping in to make things right.

My experience was superior. Diego took great care of me and made sure my mechanic took great care of my vehicle as well. Great communication, amazing customer service, my service was done in a timely manner as well, I will be coming back for future services.
