I was not notified when car was done! After trying to reach Aaron for over 2 hrs I finally reached Chris who said the car had been completed a few hours ago and when I told him Aaron never contacted me and he said Aaron had left already! Chris arranged for an uber to get me and got my car about 5pm. Aaron’s behavior and poor customer service is unacceptable!
I am completely disappointed with this place; they show no respect for the customer, as they fail to honor scheduled appointments. I had to wait over three hours for a simple oil change—and had I not spoken to the manager, I would have had to wait more than five hours. It is absolutely absurd.
Mixed up my paper work so I received no call when my car was finished, I had even called and was told it was still being worked on.. even know it was complete due too the mix up. Diago was helpful after I finally came to ask why I haven’t gotten a call .. he went into the system showing me the mix up but still had wasted my day waiting for my car too be done even know it was done at 12 and I didn’t get it till about 4:30pm. Please just be mindful of mixing up names and paper work.
Aaron was very thorough in explaining the various services. I will be back!
The last tech told me I have the last Toyota care if the mileage under 26k. However, the new technician on 5/9 told me that his boss say no. I don’t have my last Toyota care. It should under 25k.
I did not get to meet my service advisor while dropping off or picking up my vehicle. I was on time at the service center for both the occasions.

I’m not sure who dropped the ball with my car, but it took three hours to do an oil change. I asked for a price on something never got it then I was told that oh it’s not wrong. It’s the right piece that’s there which it wasn’t I had to get a manager involved to be able to get my car cause after I said, I don’t want anything extra. It still took an hour to get my car people were coming and leaving that came an hour after me three hours to have an oil change. it was ridiculous and a waste of my time and extremely frustrating. Never had that kind of experience going to Toyota before not sure what the deal was this time.
First let me start by saying Eduardo was Great! Unfortunately I will look for another place that honors my Time and Business. I made an appointment 3weeks prior to have my oil change on my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. I drive from Prescott AZ where I live. An hour and a half drive. I was five minutes early for my appointment. I waited THREE and a HALF HOURS, that’s right 3-1/2 HOUR oil change. Unbelievable, Inconceivable the other dealership that will honor my time and business is another 30 minute drive but at this point Driving there won’t take up my entire day as bell road Toyota has.

What happened to me could off resulted in a tragedy because of a manufacturer bad gas tank and the best way toyota helped me with damages was to say it was my fault for being to trusting in a vehicle with problems since day one of leasing and paying for the vehicle to have full warranty is just a way for the dealership to find ways to blame the coustomer (an outside source)so they can wash their hands and have the coustomer scrambling. Last time I checked fire requires fuel and oxygen witch yes oxygen is outside and the fuel leak from inside the tank and yes we can question the spark, for now the vehicle is unreliable but back home. This experience has made me have a lot trust issues thank you.

Chris was great. However, I had an appointment for 1pm to have oil changed and tires rotated. I arrived a little early around 12:40pm. In the past this usually would take about an hour to complete. I did not leave dealership until 3:30pm. Chris did explain service backup situation.
If service is going to take this long now, I think customers would appreciate a heads up to plan accordingly. Thanks!
