Waited 3 hours for oil change. When I made the appointment, I was told it would be done in one hour. When I showed up, the advisor said it would take two hours. I told him my appointment was for one hour and he said he would put my vehicle in express lane. Two hours later when I inquired about my car, it was still waiting to be worked on. The advisor knew I had another appointment and I needed to leave so he asked another associate to get me into a rental. The only available vehicle was a Tacoma truck and I did not feel comfortable driving it so I asked for my car back. Then they could not locate my keys and after a while the adviser told me my car was being worked on and it would be about 10 minutes. It was exactly 3 hours when I got my car back and the advisor said it was due to the new system. I told him my time was also valuable and I asked to be compensated for it. He said nothing could have been done so I paid the full price. I purchased the packet of 5 oil changes. This was by far the worst experience I had at Toyota where my time was wasted.
