I asked for a little more explanation of the service repair needed. And a video for a portion of the process. A video was provided that was somewhat helpful. Some of the Service staff handled by questions seriously and others did not.

I have always been very pleased with the service department agree Young Ottumwa. My service rep is Amber Ramos and she greets me with a friendly greeting, gets my car in and out quickly and keeps me up to date as progress is made. I am very satisfied having my car care done at Greg Young. Thank you

The alignment was not done to the correct specs. My van was given back to me with -2.6 degree camber, which is way out of spec. This was one of the highest priced alignments in town, yet it was not done correctly. I’ll be in touch to address this issue.

I called before my oil change to see if it was still under warranty for a free oil change. They said i was. So I had the oil changed and has to pay for it. That was annoying. Maybe trai your pplbetter so they know what warranty covers what.

Bill was confusing. We thought it was 29.95 plus tax but it ended up 42. No big deal but it just wasn't clear. Everyone was courteous!
