I would have written a check for the charge and saved that surcharge but I didn’t ask so guess the problem lies mostly with me. Next time I willl know better. I just thought you would prefer the credit card instead of a personal check. Other than that, the service was excellent!!

Amber always does such a nice job of taking care of me and my car. My only negative feedback, which doesn’t reflect Amber, is that the mechanic who worked on my car left mud in the interior of my car. It was filthy when I got back into it!

For whatever reason someone went through my glove box! The reason I know is there were several things out of the glove box on the floor of the car and a paper I had put in there that morning on top of everything else was on the bottom! If you needed something I would have appreciated you asking me!

I was there last Saturday and I was there today on Friday both times there was dirt left on my floor mats and on the piece that goes from the door to the floor mat. I just cleaned my car so I was upset about it.
Always a positive appointment always everything is explained on what repairs need done.
