Received my concerns about your maintenance department not following Hyundai recommend maintenance schedule and corrected it.
We would first like to express that from the beginning to the end of our visit we experienced Lee Hyundai staff as being cordial, patient, and explained the process about our car. We are especially appreciative of the assessment of the car that was sent to us by way of text. We were able to read it and determine what we wanted done during this particular visit with a record of what we might need in the future. All of this was very helpful. Additionally, time frame of the maintenance was very good.
I made an appointment for last Thursday at 8am but when I arrived I was told they wouldn't be able to get to my car that day. A phone call the day prior would have been helpful.
I was quoted a different price than what I ended up paying by 60$
