I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and I mentioned that my rear tires had low pressure even after filling to 36 like the tires recommend. While the repair man did find a nail in one of my tires and patched it for the past day and a half the pressure in the tires has been still in the low 30s, 30 to 31 and the tires that were in the front are still reading 35 like they were before I took the car in.I also asked them to reset my service reminder to 7500 miles instead of 5000 miles because that’s what the service department told me was appropriate for my 2025 Santa Fe yet I still get messages when I turn on the car that my service is overdue and my oil change is overdue And even the sticker on the front of my car says service in 5000 miles so now I need clarification on if it’s 5000 miles or 7500

Tillita was awesome she answered all my questions and always got back to me in a timely manner and was Super Friendly. The quality of the paint job was not satisfactory I saw a area that was suppose to be painted that wasn’t and that’s after 4 weeks.

My appointment was for 3:00pm. I arrived at 2:50pm. It took 2 hours to have the oil changed. This is unacceptable. I should have been out within an hour. Oil change should not take longer than 30 minutes.
