Your mechanic didn’t know what he was doing. I got three different phone calls. He got my vehicle mixed up with. I guess somebody else they had just checked my vehicle last week last Monday. I paid over $5000 to get my car at the shop and order the thing and she said it told me transmission fluid was full all of a sudden today First he said it was gonna be 300 and something for transmission fluid. I needed then went from that to $800 so my thing is he didn’t know what he was talking about but I’m going to get a second opinion and I’ll let you know.

The main reason for me bringing my vehicle to Hyundai was to fix the engine error code and that did not happened even though the vehicle is still under warranty. The Service Manager said that it was the spark plug, coil pack or the injector. If it was those part's, why didn’t the vehicle get fixed. He said to drive the vehicle until the error happened again and then make another appointment or bring it in. In short I have a vehicle that might break down on me.

Joel went above and beyond to help us. We were traveling from MD to FL when we experienced car problems. We were in our way to a funeral in FL and needed to get on the road and quickly as possible. There were issues trying to get the part and he was able to get the part today by sending a driver one hour away. We had my 97 year old mother with us and he helped us get a loaner car while we were waiting so she could be more comfortable. He was so kind, thoughtful, considerate, and compassionate of our situation. Big kudos to the driver as well. I appreciated that he did so much work knowing that we wouldn’t be back as return customers yet he still did everything under the sun to help us. We are so super appreciative.
