Great customer service from Ms. Tilita Tate
We specifically asked for the tire pressure to be checked and topped off if necessary. When we picked our car up and checked the pressure, all tires were below the recommended PSI of 35. It seemed as if they lowered the pressure of all tires to 28, instead of 35 as recommended in the owners manual.

1. Said they would wash/vacuum my car as a part of service, theh didn'T
2. Kind of a rip off to pay over 5k extra for warrenty stuff and still have to pay. Like my filters were dirty or something and if I wanted them replaced I would of had to pay because it goes with maintenance.
3 I would like someone to call me because I want to know is it to late to remove the extra warrenty I paid for because it seems useless
