When I called yesterday to schedule my appointment, I specifically asked if it would be complimentary and was told yes. After getting there today I was told I had to pay from here on out. Other than that everything was great another thing my car was washed, but not vacuumed.

Ms. Tilita Tate did an excellent job. Although I’m disappointed that my windshield is damaged and I was told by manager he would get a replacement estimate and call me and that he was willing to pay half of my insurance deductible. I told him I thought my insurance deductible was $250 but upon checking with Progressive, I have a $500. deductible. I’m still waiting to hear back from Lee Hyundai service manager. Thank you
