I brought my car in to have the brakes looked at because they’re squeaking after they were serviced by Wilde. After waiting over an our and using PTO from work I was told they couldn’t diagnose the issue because it was raining. How come it took an hour to tell me that? Huge waste of my time (and yours) instead of being proactive and knowing right away a test wasn’t possible? Now I have to come in AGAIN to try and have sorted out? This is ridiculous.
