2.5 hours for an oil change!!!are you kidding me?

This is the second experience I have had with Rajeev Argawal and neither time was satisfactory. This time I asked him to show me on the paperwork what had been done to the vehicle and he acted put out that he had to explain it to me. I also mentioned that the person who checked me in could not tell me what maintenance they were going to do to the vehicle and when I insisted that the initial person show me, in writing, what the 20k maintenance entailed, got upset. He eventually showed me a brochure explaining what was supposed to be done, which satisfied me. I then asked Rajeev if he could give me a list of the maintenance that will be performed at each interval of my extended maintenance and he told me that he could not do that and that I should check my maintenance manual. When I asked him why he couldn't do that he became animated in front of the other customers to the point that I asked him to calm down. He then took me to his manager who was able to answer all my questions. Rajeev seems to have serious problems communicating and also gets upset when I asked straightforward questions about my vehicle and the service given to me by Hatch Toyota.

Eric is great. I always enjoy seeing him when I take my vehicle in for service. He's a really nice guy who always answers any questions that I have about my vehicle.
