I can't complain, she was neither there when I dropped off the vehicle nor when I came to pick it up. Other people in Service took very good care of me however.
Everyone is spoke with was very nice.
When I talked to him on the phone to set up my appointment he talked very quiet I had a hard time hearing him and he completely missed spelled my name even after I spelled it. It is Maurice Williams . The service took 2 and a half hours even with an appointment. I finally went to talk to the service manager and it appeared that it had been done as far as the service but it was setting on his disk until I asked about it which he quickly processed it. I was pleased with service. Honest on a few little detail . Thanks for a good job.

It was my 3rd time to have a maintenance checkup but I’ll rate into 7 out of ten. There was a report that I need to check the issues immediately but it’s not clear to me. Anyhow when I received the written report it was a miscommunication.

Took 3 hrs instead of 1.5 as I was told when brought car in to service.
I was not satisfied with how I was greeted when I arrived. I told the person that I was there for a 25,000 milage maintenance. I was not heard. Instead the person went outside with his tablet to check k my vehicle in. When he returned he told me to go sot in the waiting area and someone would co.e get me when the service was completed. I waited 2 hours and when it was ti.e to sign papers for the service I was told that an oil change was done. I said I didn't co.e in for an oil change. The person raised his voice at me and said he took it upon himself to get the oil change done. I was not happy but I needed to be somewhere else so I sign the paper and left. I don't want to work with that person any longer.
Everything went great. I was treated with courtesy and respect and it was wonderful as always.
