I came in to puck up the replacement key fob and to have it programmed.
The few days prior I had been receiving the message "Maintebanxe needed soon". (I had it serviced 5 Jan 2026. He reset the system, now I am happy.

My appointment was at 9:30am. It was 11:10am when my car was finally pulled into the bay for service. No one informed me that the service department was overbooked. My service was completely at 11:50am. This caused me to be late for another appointment. If I would have been informed of the long wait, I would have rescheduled. Also I finally received my first text message stating that my service complete 10 minutes after leaving Toyota’s parking lot. This is not the service that I usually receive from Hatch Toyota. Very disappointing.
3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation? Y’all should embarrassed!

Lack of communication. Scheduled for 9:30. After about 2 1/4 hours I asked what the status was as no one had come out to talk to me. Then they tell 5 minutes. The tracking system didn’t even show it being worked on for over an hour and a half. After checkout he stated everything looked good but the writing on the blue paper said wipers were torn ????????♀️. At that point I was done. I think more communication would have helped the situation. Please do not call. Thank you
