I was confused about which services were needed. The sticker on my windshield just gave a mileage figure and not the specific services. Once I understood that the mileage alert could be for something else than an oil change we were good to go. It took a little bit and some frustration on my part. How could the services due at the mileage alert be made more clear? I think many people would appreciate knowing so they can make the correct requests when scheduling a service appointment.

Each staff member of the Toyota Service Team we met was very courteous and professional. Marcy made certain that my wife and I were made comfortable and well taken care of. She provided timely updates on progress with our Highlander and when it was discovered more parts would have to be ordered, she graciously provided us with a new Toyota to meet our transportation needs. She is a proud member of your team and should be commended for her attention to detail and customer care.

I come all the way from Albuquerque while visiting family, to include coming to you for servicing my Rav. I do this because from the 1st time Ive had excellent service without being pressured with un-needed work. Very friendly, efficient and professional service.
