I had an appointment for 1030 for oil change and tire rotation while I wait. At 12:10 I checked on my vehicle and it had not even been brought in to start the work yet. What is the point of having an appointment if they don't work on your car at that time. I am very disappointed with Suntrup Hyundai. I had to leave without getting the work done because I had another appointment following that appointment now I have to come back next week to try it again.

I just want a refund for my warranty so I don’t have to use your dealership anymore. The guy who took care of me was great but I wasn’t sold on 2.5 hour oil changes when I was sold on the warranty. I wasn’t sold on the cashier acting childish talking about cocaine, shaking ****, and giggling and falling on the floor when I was the last customer waiting. You guys excel randomly and then randomly remind me of the children I used to work with at McDonald’s. I want my money back, then I won’t leave any more reviews or use you guys. We’re on about strike 7 so there’s no resolution to be had. I don’t trust you’ll even honor my warranty when it comes time to serious problems anyway. Horribly regret doing business with the suntrups, and the stuff I’ve heard about them from other suntrups who opted not to work in the car industry are certainly ringing true.

Your service department broke a piece of my car and then refused to take care of it. Literally the worst outcome possible. Not to mention the headaches of how long it took to get to the initial work and the chaos of drop off and the surprise credit card fee at pickup. 0/10 would not ever come back or recommend

I give Tim high praise. I dealt with several others in the service department and was very dissatisfied!! Tim has taken good care of everything and did what he said. After purchasing 4 new tires the tire pressure was incorrect. I checked with Tim and he responded with what I needed. Like I said high praise for Tim.

It should never take 3 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Every time I go it always takes several hours to be completed and the price is over rated for an oil change I wished I had known I had to travel 33 minutes every time to get an oil change. The guys were really nice, but the wait time is too much for me.
