Scheduled for 7am wait for oil change and to check a code. Wrote on envelope that I would be back at 8:10 to pickup. Was told not started. Then received a call at 9:10 that they hadn’t started yet and it would be $200 to check the code for the front sensor, told them never mind and to just do oil change and I would be back up soon. Arrived at 10:30 and was dropped off and waited until nearly 2pm til it was finished. Was told after second time checking in at 1:05 that it would only be 15 minutes more. But it was almost another hour. I chose to drop off for 7am so I could be at my job on time by 8:30 but instead had to take an unpaid personal day. I’m very dissatisfied.

Tim is such a professional and kind service representative. He remains calm when customers are stressed -- very much appreciate his expertise and his ability to make you feel as if you're his only customer when his daily tasks are many! Very good service provided by Suntrup Team!

I've been coming to Suntrup for years. When I speak with my Service Advisor, they tell me my complete total, including taxes etc. This time, I was mislead. I was told a total, and when I came to pay, was surprised with over $150 more. This is not a good business practice, and I have never experienced this. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
