Thank you for offering a rental car when the first appointment was scheduled incorrectly. This saved me a lot of headache and I was very appreciative of the offer. I also really appreciate the free car wash that you do with my oil changes.

I had an 8:45 appointment. Arrived at 7:10 and dropped off vehicle. Tim was very courteous and professional. By 3pm I never got an update. I sent a text to Tim but received no response. Arrived at dealership around 5pm. Tim was gone for the day. Asked for update and gentleman at the desk said"I got nothing." Told him I needed rental or loaner but said none were available. Told him to bring my car up and left.

I do outside sales and drive many miles in a week. I was spitting mad about another team member not following through which put me in a bind to get vehicle in for oil change and maintenance to maintain warranty. Kayley jumped in got me scheduled and taken care of. This is not first time she has come to the rescue and without her on your staff, I would be very concerned to bring my vehicle or buy a new one from Suntrup.

Fender was damaged while in your care. I had to drive with it like that till you could get a new one and due to it being not protected there is a leak in the house that was exposed and im suppose to pay for this?

Kayley is great as always! Holmes the technician that serviced my Hyundai was equally as great! Thanks again for catching that. My tags on my plates were expired. I was not aware of it because I did not receive a renewal form in the mail. Thanks again to South County Hyundai for great people, great service!

Tim was prompt and polite. He gave me realistic expectations for the length of time it would take. I expected to have to return for my 15k checkup since I only scheduled an oil change. He managed to do both in a short amount of time and topped it with a car wash! Your company is the best!
