Team was unable to reproduce issue despite having it described to them as an intermittent bad coil, and worse, when I got my car back, there was a large scratch on the rear driver side door and multiple scratches and door scuffs all along the passenger side, especially near the bottom. My car got a complimentary wash before it was handed over to me, presumably to obscure these issues, but I noticed immediately when I arrived at home. I do not feel that I or my vehicle was handled with respect and care, and I will not be resorting to service at the dealership again, even for work under warranty.

Tim has been great, went the extra mile. I haven’t picked up car yet due to a recent surgery. So not sure what next step is for my car. Since it involves manufacturer warranty Tim thought best to explain when I pick up. My Dr. released me to drive this afternoon, therefore will pick up tomorrow. My first visit a young lady assistant manager was very helpful as well. Thank you. Sue Romance

The vehicle had the proper oil level. The last two oil changes the oil level was almost a quart low and I had to return for more oil. Thanks

Alex was extremely helpful and friendly from the moment I pulled in. He was attentive, gave me proper updates, and worked hard to ensure everything was covered under my warranty. He arranged for me to pick my car up and bring it back in when the part became available. He had the work done promptly. Again, even when I came to pick up my car when the service was complete, Alex was friendly and ensured I was well taken care of! I appreciate all the service!

My car was totally find driving it there for a tire rotation and oil change. Turned off the lot and it was shaking uncontrollably. Said a belt was broken on my tire and I needed two new tires. I always get a video of my car but conveniently there is a new system and they didn't do one today. I believe you all broke it yourself or made it up and cost me unnecessarily money. I will NOT be being my car back there. You haven't fixed a scratch yet from whe "something" hit my car in your lot yet. This place is terrible!!!
