Tim McCarthy is the best! If not for him this could have been my last Hyundai automobile. He truly worked very hard to get my car up and running and fought to keep me breaking the bank to get it back on the road or just getting rid of it. I love my Kona and look forward to driving it for years to come. All of my future service will continue with Tim.

Acacia was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She found me in the waiting area to relay a question from the service technician and kept me up to date on the progress. She spoke to her manager to honor an online price for the job, and explained the remaining bill (after I purchased the part from the parts department). 5 stars, definitely would recommend, and she has a lovely name too. :)

Almost 3 hrs for simpl oil change. Pepper says all good but sticker says something about factory maintenance check in 5000 miles. Not on the paper work.No clue what it means.

Tim was great to work with! I had messed up my appointment and accidentally made it at another dealership and didn’t realize I did until I showed up. He still got me in for an oil change and it was so quick! He was so friendly and understanding for my mix up!

Mrs. Parks was extremely knowledgeable about what tires our truck needed and was very personable to work with. We would definitely recommend her to everybody we know. She was so pleasant to work with.
