Great service.

For an oil change and alignment that should have taken an hour at the most, took 3 hours. I had to get up and advise Robert that my car had been sitting in the parking lot for an hour not touched! I was the first client to arrive and 2 others came and went before my delay was even questioned. They didnt even start my oil change for 40 minutes and I arrived at 720 am, with no one else waiting. I specifically asked for washer fluid to be replaced and a car wash. I left without the car wash due to the delay. I am on the road and go to use the washer fluid and they didn’t follow it. I travel from my home in Fl to my second home in MS due to the usual great service, but this was an absolutely terrible experience.

Our car was there for a month for the sunroof to be fixed under a warranty. We asked for the oil to be changed while it was there. Robert did a good job keeping us informed of the status of the parts. We confirmed several Times about the sunroof and the oil change. When the car was ready a month later the oil was not changed. We had to wait for an hour while the oil was changed. We were not happy.

The issue with the rear differential is still not resolved. This was the 5th time that I have taken my truck back to one of two dealerships for the same issue. My frustration is not with Mr. Robert or Mr. Tommy they have both been understanding and accommodating of my issue and frustration. I love my Genesis but did not pay $75K to have this issue going on for over a year and a half.

Car was returned on empty. 10 miles till empty.

Robert is helpful in so many ways. Since I drive from Gulfport he always makes time for me.
