The excellent customer service at Mack Grubbs is the catalyst for me to keep coming back. I love it. They show that my time is just as important as theirs.
I felt that the alignment issue should have been brought to my attention while I was there for oil change the week before, rather than leaving me to discover it on paper after I arrived home an hour away and having to call to schedule another appointment and make a return trip for the alignment. I’d also been told when scheduling the original appointment for oil change, that there were 2 items indicated as needed with my current mileage, which would be about $70 total for them both. When I checked out, it appeared that only one of them had been done, so the balance due was about half what I expected. When I asked about it, I was told that it must have been a mistake, and there were no other chargeable items. I just wanted assurance that I had gotten whatever was needed at the current mileage level. I’m not really complaining, as I was treated kindly; it just seems that the level of attention to service customers is missing from what I was accustomed to.

This experience will keep me from ever doing business with Mack Grubbs again. Not only did they keep my car for over two weeks to change ONE part, I had to call multiple times for an update and was never called back when I was informed I would be. The completion date was moved back and I am sure I would not have known had I not called to ask. I would also like to note I was estimated over $1000 for a pars that are less than $300. And quoted a price for 8 spark plugs for a 2.0l engine that only takes 4. So I have concluded they are purposely overcharging or the technician is completely incompetent. Either way this experience has made it clear to me I no longer would like to do business with this establishment.
