I had such an amazing experience with all service advisors and staff.
I had requested Mobil one for my vehicle a week before my appointment. Having arrived no one knew about the request. As a result I feel my wait was much longer than necessary.
Bothched warranty repair brought me back after warranty. Ms and federal law requires that repair be redone properly and I'm still dealing with this. After repair I'm told I now have no parts warranty (on a part that would still have manufacturing warranty regardless)
They went approve and beyond to help me afford to fix my vehicle.
I have relocated here from Utah. Reagan was very efficient and thorough with keeping me updated on the progress of my oil change. Apparently there were issues with the availability of technicians on duty which cauaed a significant delay receiving prompt service for what should have only taken about 45min. It resulted in a 3hr visit. However due to Reagan's professional attitude and Customer Service capabilities, she kept me apprised and entertained and we had a nice time during my wait. Thank you, Reagan, for being a very conscientious and customer aware employee! On a side note - my dealership in UT had a complimentary soft drink beverage station and a small fresh popcorn maker. I could also receive a complimentary car wash with each "Service Appointment" - a little goes a long way in standing out as a unique dealership.
I don't know why you schedule appointments when you can't service promptly.
My appointment was for a recall notice to fix the rear view camera. When I walked in the door he told me the part was still on order. My only complaint is that I wasn’t called and told appointment will be rescheduled when part comes in. Otherwise the staff are very nice and professional. They did fix a tire pressure leak that just occurred the night before.

They made a note of an oil leak around the oil filter housing, but no one mentioned it to me during or at the end of the visit. They made another note about grease leaking from some part around the passenger tire but that was never mentioned to me. The oil leaking part is a pretty significant thing since I have never had an issue with that before and all my oil changes have been completed by your service department. Poor business not to inform the customer of significant issues such as the oil leak. I expect better from a certified service department.
