The guy who checked my vehicle in first told me that they didn't have transmission oil and would not be performing the service for my car that I specifically scheduled the appointment for weeks ago. Then when I asked when they would have it, someone else said they do have it in and would be preforming the service. The service representative seemed very confused and unprofessional. Im not sure why he would immediately tell me they will not do the service before asking or checking if they can. I feel like this added some unnecessary time waiting...

April was very friendly on the phone when I called for service. Aaron listened to my service problem and was very professional. I am pleased with my service at Mack Grubbs. I have been a customer since 2008 and it has always been excellent.

The service writer should not be in contact with customers. He has a vet money only concern instead of a customer satisfaction goal. I was service manager at sears for years and customer satisfaction was our Primary goal, you send out these surveys and I hope you take the time to read it. You should know that this man had the nerve to tell me that they meaning Hyundai did not have to work on my vehicle that I could take it elsewhere if I desired. I bought it there!!

There was a small issue after we left, but I brought the car right back and the minor issue was taken care of right away. It was just leaves that had gotten caught up when they replaced air filter. Creating a noise when AC was turned on. Everyone was polite and professional. Also, disappointed that I may have to wait for quite some time before the rear view recall part will come in. But, all my questions were answered. Thanks.
